Tall in Texas

When packing for training in Texas I knew one thing, I had to pack my thigh high bannari grey boots from Aldo! The minute I saw these boots I fell In love, and as cheesey as it sounds you might say I fell head over heels lol. I have worn these boots with jeans, two dresses and ankle slacks, like in my pics below. The heel is a good height, I did need to slip a foot petal in them though for a lil extra comfort. Then I was good to go! The best part is they are on sale!!! So is the beaded Vince Camuto  shirt and the Sloan slim zip ankle pants! The pants are amazingly comfortable, I will admit to wearing them more than once in my work week. I hope y'all enjoy the look and all the sales!

Mascara madness

I have tried a lot of mascaras since I started wearing makeup in high school. I am happy to say I have finally found one I am crazy about, thanks to one of my best friends. It took her awhile to convince me to buy it, but I did and I'm in LOVE! I put it on sent a pic to my mom and her exact words were "they are fake", then she wanted a pic of the mascara for proof! Lol I mean I can't blame her I thought the same thing when I saw them on my friend. I ended up loving it so much I bought more of their make up. I am equally in love with the lip gloss that has a mirror on the side of the bottle! I mean how cool is that?? It's perfect for me since half the time I end up not finishing my makeup at home, only to get to my destination to realize I forgot to pack my mirror. So, it definitely comes in handy for me to have the mirror on the lipgloss. The last benefit I'll leave you with is that they have mineral makeup, which was another reason I made the purchase. I do have skin that tends to break out, and I have found out that my skin is healthier with mineral makeup. If you like what you see the link is below the pic, so you can enjoy long fiber lashes from Younique!

I'm wearing the younique moonstruck 3d fiber lashes mascara, moodstruck precision eye liner in proper, and lucrative lip gloss in luxe.

A girl, her iPhone, and a fashion blog

Sometimes I get so busy with work that it's hard to coordinate with people to get my pics taken for my new blog. So, I thought why not just take them myself sometimes?! So, here it goes!

This was my valentine date look that I was not originally going to wear. I had a dress planned then...it got cold and I decided I did NOT want to be cold just to look cute! I love this look because I can also wear it to work, dinner with my friends, church or throw on some flats, ditch my blazer and run errands. The best part of the look is the top is quilted and is from Target! So, it can also be worn as a workout top or a pj top. I hope y'all enjoy the looks!
